Westchase is a master-planned deed-restricted community that encompasses over two thousand acres and is conveniently located about twenty minutes away from the Tampa International Airport and within 25-30 minutes from the Westshore business district and downtown Tampa. Westchase is an urban planned housing unit development offering a close knit community feel that is sought out by many families and professionals.
